Hey guys, I've been thinking, and you know we haven't had any LANs here recently, so I have decided to step up and host one. I'm thinking we can have it in my apartment on whatever day works the best for the folks who are out of school for Christmas. I'm thinking the end of the week after next, which would be the 15th or so.
I have gigabit ports available for those that want them, and I have enough switches and wireless/wired bridges to make this work just fine. Also, the Gamerslounge router installed here should be able to handle several of you gaming online if you so choose, or I can put together a dedicated server to have players from the internet play with us. I'm pretty flexible, so if you have any ideas, let me know and I'm certain I can work with them.
Please let me know what you think and if you can attend. I'd love to have everyone together again for a little gaming fun!

CoLD and I are planning on going to this next week, you should come too. If you want to LAN the weekend afterwards, I am up for that as well
Its only ten bucks to get in, and from what I've heard its a pretty nice LAN. I've never been to one thrown by these guys, but its alot of the same people as from the CCGA events, so it should be a good setup. |

Hey guys, how does Thursday night sound? I was talking to Stefanie and it seems as if I forgot about prior engagements on the 16th.. I can still do either day, but Thursday the 14th through Friday the 15th will be simpler for me. (Most of us are jobless anyhow ) 
On another note, I'd be happy to go with you guys to that LAN in Charlotte. I just need to make sure that I'm home for all of Sunday at least as I have 2 finals first thing the following morning..

sounds good I say we meet at my house friday before we go down to charolette... we just need to figure out when we are going to meet and stuff so how about we decide when is best for everyone and try to adhear to when we say we are going to meet because we all are bad about that and by all i mean me and mike  |

Heh cool man, I doubt we'll need it but you know, I'd bring it to be on the safe side lol. (My place isn't big enough to fill your switch up, but it's always good to have spares.)
I suppose with the only 2 people besides me voting for a party on Friday, that we'll be doing this thing Friday-Saturday. Let me know if you can't come or something, and you can start showing up anytime Friday as I'm out of school tomorrow!! (The earlier the better  ) |

| I just got that witch king expansion for BFME, so we may try that a bit, and I got Star Trek Legacy also for those that are interested in that sort of thing.. I think the rest will be on a "whatever everyone wants" basis.. So, if you guys have something in particular you'd like to play, let us all know here and I'll try to have it for you or you can bring it yourself. |
