Grant Hutchinson was there for the birth of the Apple Newton. In the summer of 1993, he worked for a small Canadian software company called Image Club Graphics, and on August 3, the day Apple took the wraps off its seminal handheld PC at the Macworld trade show in Boston, he was manning the Image Club booth on the show floor.
