Portugal does bullfighting a little differently. Instead of a matador on the ground, they have someone called a cavaleiro who fights the bull on horseback. And instead of a duel to the end, the cavaleiro leaves the bull alive and a group of men called forcados come in and wrestle the bull to a standstill with their bare hands.
